What photos do you accept?
Loose printed photos up to 8×10 (maximum width 8.5 inches; panoramic lengths are fine). No Polaroids, thick cardboard mounts, stiff matting, or photos still in albums, frames, or envelopes. No slides or negatives.
Do I need to sort or organize my photos first?
No. Stacks are scanned exactly as they are handed over. You don't need to count, sort, or otherwise prep anything beyond removing photos from albums and frames.
What's included in the price?
Every scan includes 600 DPI resolution, automatic color enhancement, and scanning the backs of your photos. No nickel-and-diming for premium quality — it's all included by default.
How does pickup work?
You pick a 3-hour pickup window (like 9 AM – 12 PM). We pick up directly from your doorstep on scheduled days, do a quick visual check, have you sign a digital liability waiver, and take your box. We never put your memories in the mail.
How do I get my digital files?
We email you a secure Google Drive link containing your digitized photos, neatly organized and ready to view, share, or download.
When do I get my originals back?
We return your physical box directly to your doorstep during a future scheduled neighborhood route, but only after your digital link has been delivered.
